I like the C9 as it has a little more control in the sound shaping.
As I said BOTH are great for what you want.

On of our switch blade pedals would work.
Guitar into the switchblade and one output to your board and another the the 9 pedals.
You can then switch which one is on or if both are on together.
Soon that is all we know!
Its a filter of some kind with a high Q setting. Maybe could be done with one of our filter effects that has a exp jack for a foot pedal to sweep.
