Make sure you have the ins and out correct..

I wonder what this person means by “turns off”. Does the pedal shut down and brick? Or does it just go to bypass?If it’s the former, there’s probably a hardware bug. Hopefully it’s the latter. Do they have an external footswitch plugged in? If so, that would override the infinite and tap functionality of the local footswitches. If they don’t have one plugged in, I’m not sure. Might be user error where they’re not pressing hard enough?
