I would send it back and ask for a different pedal or a refund.
If they are not a real EHX dealer there may be no warranty.

The input trigger using an audio input with a harp is a tricky thing. For a trigger to work it needs a new signal to trigger the envelope. Harp may slur across notes and be less percussive than a pick hitting a guitar string. Also are you moving the mic or is it mounted to the frame of the harp. That could change levels.

EHX STAFFKeymasterValter, Its buffered, SO put your fuzz in front if you don’t want it to see a buffered signal.
ALSO not all fuzz circuits are temperamental to a buffered signal.
