EHX STAFFKeymasterThanks! I believe Its an impedance issue made noticeable by the high gain.
No way around it in this design.EHX STAFFKeymasterNormal operation but you can write techs at
EHX STAFFKeymasterYes, the 22500 can do two different size loops for A and B. You can set it up so that A and B are completely independent—like having two independent loopers working in parallel—or you can set it up so that B is a multiple of A’s length.

Everyone gets answered!
I will also pass this on to techs.December 31, 2020 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Mel9 issues, crackling, poor tracking, notes play from wrong octave #126709EHX STAFFKeymasterI have seen your problem before and it stems from the output of the guitar not being even. The higher strings are thinner and have less output causing the Mel to be softer in that range.
1. You could raise the pickups on the treble side to even the response of the guitar.
2. Use a compressor after your guitar and that WILL even your output.
3. Make sure you use the bridge pickup and a humbucker is best.
Hope that helpsDecember 29, 2020 at 9:52 pm in reply to: powering my EHX S8 Multi-Output Power Supply with a 1 spot #126704EHX STAFFKeymasterPlease check your spam folder.

EHX STAFFKeymasterSORRY!!
please exchange for a new one where you bought it.
Or you can write the techs at info@ehx.comAgain Sorry for the trouble.
EHX STAFFKeymasterNo you can unplug as often as you like.
If there is a problem its mostly a dirty or corroded foot switch.
But the techs could tell you more.
For a dirty or corroded foot switch I clean with a spray called Deoxit.
You spray in the top and around the back and after a few on and off presses, things are back to normal.
Best to check with the techs if it is something different.EHX STAFFKeymasterHi please write the techs on Monday.
they can help you:
info@ehx.comEHX STAFFKeymasterMake sure your guitar is turned all the way up.
