EHX STAFFKeymaster
Hi Kuba
Well there is no way to switch to un buffered out and I cant talk about mods.
But you could use a loop selector pedal and leave the Bass9 on and switch it in and out with the passive loop selector.
Cheapest one is see is listed below.
You could also use a more costly Switch Blade pro or the supper switcher.
Keep in mind switching passively with any pedal can produce pops.Cheap selector (I have never used it) Its at Amazon
EHX STAFFKeymasterIt should have open circuit protection.
But please write the techs and ask them.

I will forward this to engineering!EHX STAFFKeymasterSorry! Yes it sounds like a dirty footswitch.
I have cleaned them with Deoxit spray which is a cleaner and it has worked.
I spray with the tiny tube into the top of the switch and on the back of the pedal where ever it looks like a place to seep in.

Please contact the techs and see what they think.

They may know of an issue.EHX STAFFKeymasterPlease try it with the supply that came with the pedal.
That will tell the story!
All the pedals on your board may have brought the power supply down below what the Oceans needs.EHX STAFFKeymasterIf the pedal works fine with the EHX supply than your HB power supply is to blame.
Its under voltage and I bet under the proper current output.
Cheaper budget supplies are a constant problem. While fine for a simple analog fuzz tone they are under proformers for digital pedals that draw more juice.
SorryEHX STAFFKeymasterSorry
its sounds like a classic ground loop from a daisy chain power source that has non isolated outputs.
Does the pedal hum when its powered by the EHX supply?
If so please write the techs at info@ehx.com.EHX STAFFKeymasterSorry
It is a distortion pedal and will make some noise as they all do, but this sounds like something is way wrong.
please write the techs at info@ehx.comEHX STAFFKeymasterYou are best to write the techs to see if that is an alignment problem.
Please write:

EHX STAFFKeymasterNo that should not change day to day.
is it a newer pedal or a vintage unit?EHX STAFFKeymasterIt is an analog delay based pedal and can cause some noise..
But please write the techs and see if they have a fix.
