EHX STAFFKeymasterSorry Please write the techs on Monday at info@ehx.com
EHX STAFFKeymasterThe C9 and B9 organs have a percussive attack and that was emulated in the pedal.
Are you having that issue with the compact sound on the pedal as well?Does your pedal sound like the demo we did?
Make sure your amp is clean and back of the high end as that may make your issue worse.
Make a demo so we can hear what you are getting.July 29, 2024 at 12:38 pm in reply to: Mig 50 (First Reissue, not the MKII) Standby Switch Procedure #210882EHX STAFFKeymasterIt was fixed before release. For more info Please write info@ehx.com

July 29, 2024 at 9:32 am in reply to: Mig 50 (First Reissue, not the MKII) Standby Switch Procedure #210880EHX STAFFKeymasterIt is fine to leave the Standby switch in the off position while the MIG-50 powers up, and then several seconds later, engage the Standby switch.
At the time we released the manual with instructions to engage the Standby switch before the Power switch, we were having trouble with failures in the power supply circuit, and we believed the Standby circuit might have been part of the problem. We have since determined the Standby switch was not the problem.July 26, 2024 at 9:44 am in reply to: Mig 50 (First Reissue, not the MKII) Standby Switch Procedure #210859EHX STAFFKeymasterDid you write info@ehx.com
Also check your spam folder.
Sometimes their answers go there.
If not I will re send this to them.EHX STAFFKeymasterThe power supply MUST be an AC out supply.
Not DC out like most pedal or keyboard supplies.
It needs AC out to sample the current to operate the notching circuit.
The link you show for the UK supply is correct.Again ONLY an AC out supply at rated specs.

EHX STAFFKeymasterWell sorry to hear that.
Please write the techs tomorrow at info@ehx.com
They will help you out.
Check your spam folder if you don’t hear back.EHX STAFFKeymasterAre you daisy chaining the power with other pedals?
EHX STAFFKeymasterYou need a real store (or brick and mortar as they call it) to be am EHX dealer…
A house wont do it.EHX STAFFKeymasterIt looks shop worn and they may not be an EHX dealer.
I would send it back and ask for a different pedal or a refund.
If they are not a real EHX dealer there may be no warranty.
Please reach out to service and ask.
Have the dealers name and address so they can check.
Write:Personaly I would send it back.

they can help you get it running.May 28, 2024 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Attack Decay with a harmonica, not triggering on all notes #210047EHX STAFFKeymasterHi Dominico
The input trigger using an audio input with a harp is a tricky thing. For a trigger to work it needs a new signal to trigger the envelope. Harp may slur across notes and be less percussive than a pick hitting a guitar string. Also are you moving the mic or is it mounted to the frame of the harp. That could change levels.
