    I should also add, I’m using the supplied power transformer that was in the box. Seems some people have had issues there.

    Very good chance its NOT the tubes.
    It needs to be serviced and that pedal its not user serviceable at all!
    DO NOT open it up as its a high voltage circuit.
    If you short out the board with the case you will kill the pedal.
    Return the unit if it is new or send it in for repair.

    i did sir, but to no avail.

    there are no repair centers in my country. oh well, i guess i’ll just figit with the six knobs until i get a good result.

    so depressing… :(
