EHX STAFFKeymaster
Same as above… the Strymon supply ramps up slow and stalls many pedals besides EHX.
It is the supplies fault.
9 volts is the same as 9.6. 9.6 volts is what a fresh 9 volt battery puts out.EHX STAFFKeymasterSorry for your trouble.
1. Make sure you are using the EHX power supply.
That is often the cause of the problem.
If not please contact the techs at

A twelve-string guitar usually has the bottom wound strings in octaves and the top 2 or 3 strings in unison or slightly detuned.
The harmony machine will do the octave or the detuned sound, but not both on different strings.
SO it’s a compromise. Try an octave up or detuned and see which gets the sound for you.EHX STAFFKeymasterYes that is normal.

WD40 will kill the pedal. That is oil. Deoxit is a special contact cleaner for switches. Use nothing else pleaseAugust 25, 2022 at 5:02 pm in reply to: TRI PARALLEL MIXER Problem “metallic sound like a flanger” #192609EHX STAFFKeymasterPlease write the techs at info@ehx.com

EHX STAFFKeymasterNo You did not blow it up that way.
Is the battery good?
Are you using a power supply?
The switch may be dirty. A dirty switch will do what you are hearing. I clean mine with Deoxit contact cleaner.
You can write the techs for help at info@ehx.comIf it is brand new please exchange it.
SorryAugust 22, 2022 at 9:24 am in reply to: Guitar Synth sound settings in the Attack Decay demo by Bill Ruppert #192391EHX STAFFKeymasterYour signal is to week or low, so turn up the sensitivity control to make it trigger easier. Also use your bridge pickup.
EHX STAFFKeymasterIf the unit is vintage, post in the vintage section, as someone there can help you.
