SMDs are NOT digital. The pedal is still analogue. I don’t know about the chips, but i am quite sure it still has them.

Yes, a reverb like the Cathedral and a delay should do the trick. For delay you could get either Stereo Memory Man with Hazaray, or any of their analogue delays (deluxe memory man, memory boy, memory toy or the upcoming deluxe memory boy). If i were you i would get the deluxe memory toy, it seems it will be awesome.

Off-topic: What (decently priced) overdrives would you recommend to stack with the Big Muff for a gilmouresque sound?

Yeah, i love the look of Bigsbys too! Oh, the sacrifices we must do to beauty!!! Lol. I can’t wait to put locking tuners on my guitar at least, i hope that will make changing the strings easier and faster.
