For now i only use a Roland Cube 60 for practise, but im going for a Randall RT100 AmplifterGuitar->Wah->Superoverdrive->Delay->V256->Amp

Yes, you can use the v256 as autotune without other instruments. you can also decide if you wanna sound like a robot or almost clean vocal with the bands. Amount of bands decide how it colour your sound.
