actually when i count it, the AC15C1 plus the blue speaker would cost me app. the same as the Heritage from my friend i don’t know… we’ll see how i’ll like it
Thanks man!
The space sounds before the bass kicks in is done on two tracks.
One is the Deluxe Memory Boy with the feedback control all the way up.
As it oscillates I lower increase the delay and the pitches go down like a ship landing.
The second pass used the Deluxe Memory Boy in oscillation but I left the delay knob up.
That constant noise was feed into a Ring Thing pedal in the pitch shift mode and I
slowly lowered the pitch or course knob.
I have to say I LOVE the Deluxe Memory Boy.
Its becoming a favorite of mine.

Awesome, BUT… i’m kinda more interested in those spacey sounds before the actual Dr.Who theme… how did you do those?!
sorry, i probably wrote it wrong… i mean even before THAT… the “intro” music
and yes the Reel Echo is super cool, but our guitarist won’t lend me his
i’m not surprised… i personally think it’s like the only one really good Danelectro pedal
although i heard only good about the Spring King… i’ve never played it
anyway, i tried Daddy-O, Grilled Cheese, Dan-Echo (it was my first delay ever! i was so psyched ), FAB flanger and of course Reel Echo (which broke down, sadly got my money back and got a second hand boss dd-20…)
i think that their distortions are not very good… as far as the modulation goes, it’s better, but far from good… and the delays – Reel Echo awesome, Dan-Echo not so much – not very variable sound, not very vintage at all damn, i played Limp Bizkit with it and it sounded awesome at very random settings
