hehe… i don’t think i want to be a famous rockstar… like really BIG one. It’s so much pressure and so much time away from oyour beloved ones… i’m not that type of a person
anyway i don’t get it… i live in a third biggest city in czech republic and i just can’t find people to play with. Either we can’t get along personally or there are no people that would want to play even similar music as i do or it just doesn’t work because there isn’t that “magic”… you know what i’m talking about… your a musician
anyway… i must admit that in past few weeks i stopped looking because i’m going to graduate next year and i’ll try to get to university in other city (second biggest… i have some friends there and i think there could be a band someday… ) and to form a band for a year isn’t very good idea i think
i just want to play… i must admit that i play in a… um… pop-rock chorus… but we almost don’t perform at all so it’s not so cool… but when we do, it’s awesome (like twice a year i think)
(you know… making music alone can sometimes be very frustrating)

i don’t listen to nor GD nor Rancid but i know about them (of course… i’m trying to know as much about music as possible) but a few year ago i was actually enjoying the green day… well… that’s surprise

Devi Ever is just wicked… tasty, but pricey
i’ve got it for two days and i already play the guitar just to hear the sweet full sound
it’s hard to say already what are my favourite settings… but the way i have it set now is
SQUASH off, LED mode, POST GAIN at noon, PRE GAIN at 10:30, SENSITIVITY at 13:30 and COMPRESS at 9 (it’s not a hard compression as i said before)
this way set it’s ok with the dirt, BUT then the dirt lacks some of its agressivity…
yeah, i get it… that’s why i said “increase” because i know that the hiss is already present
the only situation when it is a real problem is when i stack dirt for solos… because i don’t think i’ll use the finger for distorted rhytm stuff – i don’t know, i like it more on clean or solo
i don’t play live, so it’s not a problem… but i can’T imagine how bad it would be on a stage (i think i’ll explore it in summer)
Ok, so i got it today and it seems to be pretty cool
some settings are nice and natural, some aren’t… however, for the money it’s unbelievable the only thing that annoys me is the increase of hiss… but i guess it’s typicall issue with the compressors (it makes a perfect sense)

do you need alot of different sounds for a reasonable price? or do you want for example good analog and good digital delays?
because if you need alot of different sounds for a reasonable price and you want to keep the space taken at minimum, you can grab a Boss DD-20
it’s good for thatif you don’t need that many sounds and you need a good digital and analog sound, i’d go for EH stereo memory man with hazarai plus for example a Malekko 616
Well i’d keep those Muff and GF pedals and just buy the cathedral and stereo memory man with hazarai… and i’d be done
