All a guitar puts out is voltage, same as a keyboard or computer’s ‘headphone out’, or even a microphone; the digital recorder or computer soundcard is capable of translating that into a digital sound file.
CryabetesParticipantotherwise 61-key keyboard cases work pretty well and are generally built to last. I have one I use for pedals that I modified [swapped out the hinges for ones from Speedball, with removable pins, so I can take the lid off]. It’s rather gigantic and fits a moogerfooger, two yamaha fc-7s, a DI and seven boss/dod compact pedals.

that and making sure the power cable to the pedal isn’t in a coil will probably go a long way towards alleviating noise.otherwise, separate onespots would probably work.
CryabetesParticipant@FJR- have you tried duplicating the delay preset issue? sounds like a pretty cool glitch to me.
CryabetesParticipantBye. Have fun with your entitlement issues.
CryabetesParticipantdepends on the pickguard/pickup set, I suppose, and who pre-assembled it/which parts they use. You might get a better response at the harmonycentral forums.
CryabetesParticipantFirst off, relax. We’re not electroharmonix employees [except where notated EHX STAFF] and yelling at us isn’t going to help.
Second, I’ve been reading this forum for a while, to my knowledge, you’re the first to have a problem with the delay [the ping pong stereo bleed has happened before though, and EHX said they hadn’t thought to test for it].And also, they’re a small company; cut them some slack. They aren’t Boss or Harman or Dunlop. So relax first and think through your problem; Have you tried [and I realise this is a dick-around], from the preset with the delay, changing to a delay that ISN’T the preset, then changing to a reverb?
CryabetesParticipantoh hey another electribe/2880 user. Welcome. get your stuff sorted?

One of my music-friends just put up this status on fb:I’ve just put all my tracks up for 75p each on my bandcamp – http://www.endote.bandcamp.com/. £3 will get you everything. All of the money I receive will go as a donation to help everyone in Japan. Please, even if you have it already, can you buy it? I’ve raised nearly £100 already and will be personally matching each donation.
edit:
uh I realise this looks like i’m trying to be opportunistic but it’s a pretty cool way to double your donation and get some free music at the same time.
sorry for hijacking the thread.CryabetesParticipantNice! how’s that peavey multieffects? I’ve been trying to find one for ages
March 14, 2011 at 8:58 pm in reply to: EHX Clockworks – for the love of god, someone sell me one. #114653CryabetesParticipanthas anyone made a midi retrofit kit for these yet, or would that be missing the point?
CryabetesParticipanti’m pretty sure that’s the only midiable hardware looper with more bells/whistles than the 2880. best of luck.
CryabetesParticipantyou look at the looperlative at all?
CryabetesParticipantI can personally debunk #1; I use mine with synth, vocals, anything you can mic and everything else. I just run a mixer beforehand to keep an eye on levels.
2 is more likely but a mixer beforehand would solve your problem.
CryabetesParticipantpersonally i’d like to see digitally controlled analog versions of more of the EHX analog pedals; Basically take the hazarai/cathedral/POG2 knob system and put it on … well any/everything. presets. on everything.
