@OP – the polychorus doesn’t work with the output Y like that because one of the signals is out of phase to the other.
CryabetesParticipantthe effects loop of filters is more so it’ll get your initial dynamics, innit? So things that mess with your dynamics – distortions, compressors, limiters, bitcrushers. Delays if you want it to get weird in the sense that the filter will probably be closed while the delay is still doin’ its thing.
CryabetesParticipant^
I can’t imagine there’d be too many electrical components safe to dispose of in fire.
CryabetesParticipanthave you tried it directly into the amp, no bypasser? I’m not trying to be a jerk with these, just trying to help troubleshoot.
CryabetesParticipantmy v1 could and I don’t think there’ve been many revisions to the power circuitry.
CryabetesParticipanthave you tried different cables?
CryabetesParticipantmidi over micro usb. both are 4-pin+shield standards
CryabetesParticipanthey, you’d be surprised how many of the errors on here are definitely users overlooking things or being generally inexperienced. You can’t tell from the internet.
per here, looks like the first is supposed to act as a volume, second as a fuzz.that said, I thought the slightly older large box models were kind of an overdrive type grainy sound on single and a raucous fuzz on double. hope this helps.
CryabetesParticipantdo you have your guitar’s volume rolled down?
CryabetesParticipantthat’s unfortunate.

CryabetesParticipantThe HOG expects a 10k resistive expression pedal like the M-Audio, Roland, Moog EP-2. The 25k VP Jr will have a truncated sweep but will probably work. As far as Mission pedals, you can find the compatibility chart on their website. Page two has the hog. Any that have the expression pedal but not a switch will be fine.
CryabetesParticipantIt means it isn’t going to clip because you’ve got your SUPER-MEGA-Blow-the-jfets-out-of-your-non-truebypass-Overdrive pedals on; Ironically, that means exactly that you CAN run it in your effects loop.
February 27, 2012 at 2:08 pm in reply to: What are the exact specifications for a MEMORY TOY power supply #117033CryabetesParticipantcurrent fluctuates; similar adapters used to be listed as “10vDC” adapters in the early 90s. the 9.6v will work for 9v and vice versa.
