    Thanks for the quick reply! I didn’t know that clock noise sounded like that…that sounds more like digital-to-analog conversion or something circuit-related? There’s no rhythmic/clock-like sound to the high freq. even. If it IS clock noise, and this might be a stupid question, is there a reason EHX doesn’t adjust the trimpots to null out the noise more?

    I bought a brand new Deluxe Memory Boy and it has this problem…the high-pitch whining sound. Is this a defect or an intention “analog delay” sound? It’s not a pleasant sound and I hope that it can be corrected without cost to me since it’s less than a week old :(.

    A sound clip of me playing…the whining is highly noticeable at the end.
