Thanks electro-melx. those Swinesheads are perfect, but I’ll just have to pay international shipping. I don’t like DiMarzio because they have too many models (I can’t make up my mind), they’re too commercial (all of those “shredder douches use them), and they are too generic sounding from what I can gather.

I wish the double muff had tone controls. if it did, then i’d seriously consider buying it.

Yeah it tends to be quite trebley and harsh sometimes, a tone control could really help.

That’s just the nature of the effect. It’s not supposed to have a wide tonal range. If you want to mellow that treble out, just use the tone knob on your guitar. I know most people aren’t crazy about the tone knob, but it can be useful in making low fi, dull attack sounds.

*Pokes Costch* Or you could get an expression pedal for a Worm. Or a Polyphase. Or go vintage. You ain’t without options.

Personally, I can’t wait. Analog delay is my favorite effect ever, and I REALLY don’t like MXR. Bad vibes. So lets hope that the Memory Boy is affordable…

I don’t have the cash for a vintage crying tone or talking pedal, and I don’t really like the aspect of having two pedals for one effect, if you know what I mean.

It would jive quite well if the Enigma and Riddle turn out to be the long awaited wah pedals that I hope they are. Then I could have an all EHX board (except for a tuner, but I don’t include that since it doesn’t alter my sound).

So here it is (FINALLY). The beginings of my pedal board!! See all that free space? Yeah that won’t be there for long. Soon to come…Tube Zipper, Germaium OD (maybe?), Moog Ring Mod, maybe a BOSS Giga Delay, Small Stone, Graphic Fuzz…so many pedals, so little time!!

What size of board is that? (For reference)

it is the same one Fender&EHX4ever;has. It is the rondomusic.com board…size is their Gigantic pedal case…measures 45 1/4″ long by 16 9/16″ wide

Thanks. I need a new board and I was looking at the Rondo ones. I don’t think I’ll need a gigantic though.

    (thank you Fender&EHX;)

Happy New Pedalboard Day!!! Glad I could be helpful. I hope it works out for you :)

Hey Fender&EHX;, I understand that you have one of those gigantic Rondo boards. How’s the quality? I’m just kind of skeptical due to the insanely low price.

Hey EHX, why don’t you make the XO and nano pedals out of sheet metal and tolex too so they loook like the originals, only smaller? There’s a grand ol’ idea.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to get a Double Muff soon. I’d just like to know if you can get a really saturated fuzz if you crank both knobs in double mode.

It gets pretty fuzzy…its almost as fuzzy as a cranked Fuzz Face, if you know what that sounds like.

That’s pretty much what I’m looking for. It’s only a matter of time now…
By the way, when would you guess that the DM is going to become discontinued? Also, do you think it will be reissued a la nano or will it fall into obscurity? (valuable obscurity, that is).

The painted enclosures look cooler, this is a fact. They would be even cooler if they were painted colors other than white.

I have been looking on all the music sites, can’t find one for sale.

Any word on the list or retail price???

The price of the diecast pedals are usually the same as the sheet metal ones.
