The memory boy seems to be kind of a finicky creature. Try setting the delay to about 4 or 5. The Depth all the way off. Blend to about 12 or 1. Feed back to 12. I find that from this point if I move the feedback clock wise at all, it really began to run away. But what I have found is that unlike many other pedals every setting on the other controls seems effect how the other controls will respond.
