I got the bug from my dad. He used to take us out for a drive and he always had the radio on or a tape playing on the car stereo.

I have a DS-1 Ultra on my pedal board. It’s really awesome, I can only recommend it, a huge improvement on the original. Well worth the extra cash.

Funny, that’s exactly what the wife said. ;)

I see lots of stuff I agree with here. Oh yeah, and anyone who hasn’t heard the Elevators should check them out. I’d add Live at Filmore East from the Allmans, the Last Waltz soundtrack from The Band and most of Pearl Jam’s live records.

    Capitalism strikes again!

What do cheats who screw people over on eBay have to do with capitalism? Where I come from, we call them communists. ;)

Product made for cents, worker receives less than half his labor value, product sold for 100’s X its worth=capitalist exploitation.

It was just a joke BTW cause of the ridiculous price it went for!

Notice the ;)? :) Seriously, I shouldn’t have posted that comment, few here would get it. I certainly don’t want to start a discussion about the fundamentals of Marxism… 😆

Thanks for sharing, Bill. The part where you discuss how you went about setting the whole thing up was very interesting. There’s so much to learn! :)

I was surprised to hear how much mellower it sounds than what I expected after their live show. Nevertheless, a strong set of songs and a well mixed, well produced record overall, an album I’ll be listening to a lot. :metal:

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and a cute little 5W Champ reissue for practicing and recording at home.

I prefer the die cast housing of XO’s and nanos. It’s sturdier and looks better IMHO. And board real estate matters to me as I rarely have the luxury of a larger stage.

Jack’s stuff is getting heavier. Has anyone else noticed or is it just me? Anyway, awesome vid.

I have the smmh and am still thinking about getting an analogue delay. To me, they’re just different effects, and I feel I could have use for both. I miss the way you can get weird noises out of the dmm by playing around with the time knob…
