YEAH MON! Irie, Bill! All good, yes Sir! As always, Bill, another great clip. I have a neighbor, a few houses down, who always plays his Steel Drums loud & proud. I can not wait to give him this Guitar sound back. I have a Hog but no Poly Chorus; I will try it with my Flanger Hoax. Wish me luck. If you read on the Internet that a New York Guitar player was murdered by a Jamaican Steel Drummer, don’t feel bad Bill, it was not your fault, yeah Mon! ;-)

    Bill,

Wow, wow & oh yeah, WOW! Bill, what a superb Effectology contribution – AS ALWAYS! When “Lucky Man” came out I was a long haired young teenager in Brooklyn, NY; driving my family & neighbors mental, playing over and over and over and over- Lucky Man. The Synth solo at the end of the song was pure bliss to me. Years later, I caught my Irish Mom humming the entire solo when it came on the radio. That is how much see heard it way back when. Anyway, your Guitar sound of this synth solo is sublime, Sir! You are the reason I have gone out a purchased more EH pedals in the last 18 months. I hope you are on the EHX Payroll, if not, Hey Mike M. – Bill should be! I must now lift my Jaw off the desk & get back to work. Bless you Bill. I look forward wearing out my mouse clicking your video clip over and over and over and over and over and over…..

When I was a kid in the 60’s I counted every day until Batman came on TV. I have not waited so much for something, since then, until Bill’s videos came along. Thank you so much Bill for ALL your superb work on these Effectology clips. Pure Genius, Sir! I watch them over & over and always find new wonder. I very much appreciate how you always give the facts about the original sounds and their creators. Again, Bill, thanks so much for these Great clips.

Thanks for the advice devnulljp but, I had an expert, or should I say THE expert, Howard Davis fix my old Pedal & it is back to its old singin’ self.

    Howard is brilliant!

Thanks also to The EH Man.

Thanks Pablo, been there done that- Bill is a true inspiration to us all! I have, since my first post, added a Boss NS-2, LPB-1 & The Flanger Hoax to my family of Sonic Wonder. Man oh man, what fun work it is to arrange these Pedals around the chain. I still have not come up with a permanent set pattern of the Pedals & thinking about it now, nor will I ever. I am spending most of my time now on The Flanger Hoax, phew; this puppy needs its on text book. I love it. Thanks again to all whom gave advice. If & when I get a final chain order, I will post the order on this site.

    Thanks!

Ok, it seems like there are no set rules here, as I previously thought. I will move the pedals all over the chain- to hear how they sound. Thank you one & all for all your input. I will post the final results when I get there…..

    Thanks again,

Thanks very much Julian for your input. I will try your suggestions for sure. I thought there might be rules as to the order of the Pedal. You know like DON’T put this one here & such. I will keep you posted on my testing. Thank you again for your time on my issue.

OK- I have looked inside this old darlin’ & my inexperienced eye notices nothing wrong and/or out of place. I think it needs to go to an expert for repair. The pedal does not work like it used to. Any suggestions where to send for repair? Is it best to go to EH in Long Island City?

    All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank You,

Hello & Thanks for the reply The EH Man.

Last week, I looked inside and did not notice any issue(s) as you suggest but, when I leave work I will check again in more detail. I will let you know ASAP. FYI – I had this issue in the late 70’s & brought the unit to EH when they used to be on W23rd Street in Manhattan. They fixed it and it is back. Thank you again for your very quick reply. It is appreciated -James
