Well, this must have been a different Bernd obviously. I still have my pedal and I do not intend to throw it into the trash. Anyways, I am still asking for your support. I did sent an email to info@ehx.com on 03.12.2018 at 10:14am and it was successfully sent from my email account. It was stating all the details. I have just sent it again. Please reply.

I just noticed that my POG is also showing the same issue (not keeping the saved presets after power off). Can I still send it in? I own it for years now but using it for the first time with the presets and just noticed that they are not working.
