BlueSteelParticipant
I’d love to see these re-issued!
Please re-issue these EHX!
BlueSteelParticipantWow, thats awesome!
How were you able to get a tour there?
BlueSteelParticipantThis is from some guy named nick (i think) from this band fever club. i don’t know how famous they are but i saw it on Mark Hoppus’ blog.
BlueSteelParticipantI like the LED’s on my pedals, i think it’s helpful, but not completely nescessary. i wish EHX would make different color led’s for some pedals instead of just red, like purple or blue, or green.
As for vintage pedals like my phase 100, i would never put an led on it because it will decrease the value of it.
BlueSteelParticipantThe old 9v electric mistress would be cool. or all of those drum pedals like the space drum/crash pad/rolling thunder/sonic boomer/panic button etc. i would like that.
BlueSteelParticipantNice job :thumb: can’t wait for the demo of it with the bass big muff because this thing does sound awesome with distortion.
BTW, are those guitar strings on your wrist? because thats what it looks like.

BlueSteelParticipantI like the classic chassis better also, but now i think i’m starting to like the XO’s better because they save more room.
BlueSteelParticipantJack White uses a POG on the song Blue Orchid. I’ve always wondered how he got that sound :rawk:
BlueSteelParticipantAwesome! The other day i was trying out a micro pog and this thing seeme to be way better.
BlueSteelParticipantMost of the time, I just turn the knobs and switches randomly until i find a sound i like :freak:
BlueSteelParticipantI’ve got 2 lpb-1’s a nano one and a vintage one that plugs into the amp. The nano one is great for adding extra fuzz to my big muff pi and for adding a boost for a pedal with volume drop such as the Flanger Hoax (and i think i heard the small stone has volume drop but idk) it’s a pretty useful pedal . with the vintage one, it has some more overdrive than the nano, which is cool. and both used together, you get a nice overdrive sound.
BlueSteelParticipantYea, i’d love to see a Flanger Hoax demo so i can see what other possibilities in sounds i can get with mine.
BlueSteelParticipantQuote:Quote:oscillation would hurt nothing.and it wont hurt your speakers.
in order to hurt your speakers, the pedal would have to somehow make your amplifier produce more than its rated output into the speaker. how can a pedal do that?
no matter how loud a pedal is, it will never blow out or hurt your speaker.
does it matter about the frequencies you put through a speaker? People always tell me you can damage guitar speakers by running a bass through them, because the speaker isn’t designed to handle the frequencies the bass puts out?
Is that nonsense? I am actually interested because I’m thinking of picking up a bass guitar and wondering what kind of damage I could do to my 4×12 (if any) I don’t understand why using a blue box or Pog wouldn’t be the same thing though?
i really don’t think it’s bad for the amp. i’ve used my bass with my guitar amp a few times and the amp doesn’t sound different and it’s not messed up.
BlueSteelParticipantQuote:NOOOOO!Trust me, picking up the Digitech will seem like a great idea, but they’re terribly built, foul sounding, and unmusical. If you must go the Multieffect route, and it kills me to say this, get the Boss ME-70. Same price, but better built, more features, and slightly better sound. If you can afford it, go for the TC Nova System. It’s stunning sounding.
i hate digitech pedals. my friend has one of their distortion pedals and it sounds like crap.
