I’ve never had to take the knobs off my pedals, but if i ever need to, i’ll try the shoelace idea. i would never want to dent my pedals. scratches i’m okay with, but huge dents, definitely not

It will probably sound the same, but not feel the same. i don’t know that much about them though because i just started listening to them.

Thank you! that’s exactly how i feel. There’s all of these people complaining about tom’s voice and how their new album is going to sound but they should at least be happy they are back because they didnt have to do this!

I can’t wait to see them too!

Yea, get the small clone for the chorus, and for a flange, get the deluxe electric mistress.

Sounds cool, but i don’t think EHX will make another delay for a while because of the memory boy and memory toy.

I’m loving these ideas about a Big Muff with presets. But in addition, i would like to see a Nano sized Big Muff. The new Memory Toy has 3 knobs, so i think it would be cool to see them put out a Nano Big Muff with the classic red and black paint scheme. To me it just makes sense. Much like the XO Little Big Muff, but in a more pedalboard friendly enclosure. Is this just me, or would anyone else like to see this happen?

i’d like to see that happen! and i think it’s totally possible, they should do it!

I’d also like to see something like the z.vex fuzz probe. they could make a big muff and just add a copper plate. its so simple (i think) and would be really cool! anyone agree?

I fixed the hum of my guitar!
I always thought it was just the pickups but I put that copper shielding in the pickup pockets and grounded it, and then added a ground from the bridge. and then i changed the input jack and it’s quiet now!

I’m getting a screaming bird and a mole in the next week or so and I was wondering, from one of your guy’s experience, are they best before or after fuzz/dist?

I think boost pedals like that work best after fuzz/dist.

Also, what if I had the DEM and a nano chorus? Would that give some of the same variations or perhaps more since I could set them at different rates and depths?

I’d say go with the small clone instead of the nano clone this way you have the depth switch to get more sounds out of it. i think you’d get more sounds if you get both than getting just the Stereo Electric Mistress. It would be more money, but i think it’s worth it.

    …or a folding guitar…

I had no idea they even made folding guitars until a few days ago! until i was looking for an EHX hot tubes demo on youtube when i saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXoAMEeV0vw

it’s awesome, but rediculously expensive, over $3,000.
