BlueSteelParticipant
I was lucky enough to meet him earlier this year. he was such a great inventer and musician and really changed music and the guitar.
BlueSteelParticipantI’ve just found some demos on youtube. don’t know if they were posted on this site though.

BlueSteelParticipantQuote:Also, this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEqvCktdSBMhahaha “Now we can’t get a jam circle going!” haha this is great 😆
BlueSteelParticipantI totally agree, EHX is probably the best pedal company ever.
BlueSteelParticipantQuote:Functionally a POG2, Riddle, and a fuzz can do everything a microsynth can, but it won’t sound like a microsynth.Bluesteel, I think you’re wrong about the Riddle. . .
since it has attack and decay controls as well as start/stop- you can do those synth sweeps on it.
i was thinking that the attack/decay and start/stop might be like the microsynth filter section, but wasn’t sure about it.
Quote:I’m currently wondering if I should get a Riddle or a Microsynth. The microsynth is a great pedal, but the riddle seems ridiculously awesome after seeing the jack conte vid. i think you should go with the riddle.
BlueSteelParticipantThat seems like a pretty good deal :thumb:
BlueSteelParticipantThe micro synth isnt at all like the other pedals. the microsynth creates synth like sounds, the pog 2 can get like organ, 12 strinig guitar, 18 string guitar i think, bass sounds and stuff like that, and the riddle is and envelope filter wah pedal. the octaves on the microsynth sound nothing like a pog and the filter section of the microsynth controls the start and stop frequency and the rate and resonance which isnt really like the riddle. and neither the pog 2 or the riddle have a square wave thing like the microsynth. i don’t know much about the pog2 and the riddle so i hope i helped

BlueSteelParticipantit would work better if it were vans or converse.
BlueSteelParticipantwow, that looks really cool!
BlueSteelParticipantQuote:Sweet,My band and I have the idea of trying to play a set as long as we can without beeing busted…in the Subway at peak hours…lol! that would do it! the only problem is finding a way to bring the drum easily…haha. and try to run away with it…lol!
haha, almost like this, sort of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5V33xdKrHgs just use a snare and maybe one cymbal.
BlueSteelParticipantit looks real to me, except for the no “made in usa” thing that mine has. but i found a picture of another one like that so it probably is real
BlueSteelParticipantTony Fredianelli from Third Eye Blind uses a pog.
BlueSteelParticipantQuote:I don’t think they’re any different from the stock unit except for the name.It also said on wikipedia that they have a “slightly more extreme sound” i have no idea how different it is from a regular one though.
BlueSteelParticipantThey only made a hundred of them according to wikipedia, so i think your chances of scoring one are really slim, but keep looking on ebay and one might eventually come up.
