Did anyone hear any rumors from EHX?

Btw, for the first time I’m going to NAMM myself, anyone else going? :D

I’m having pretty much the same issue. It basically just stopped working. The power supply has been finicky for months but then it started doing weird things like turning on without touching the footswitch, turning off without touching the footswitch, and working what seemed at random when actually pushing the footswitch.
The thing that scares me about the POG is it doesn’t seem easy to do a self-repair on… I opened it up and nothing seems obviously wrong, but I’m no circuit board guru.

    Bill,
Thank you for the amazing demo. I can’t see the settings on the Indian backwards sounds and some of the others (it looks like you have all the knobs for the Memory Man down) same for the POG2.

    Can you post those settings?

    Thanks!

    Thanks Carmine!
The backwards stuff was done using just a Stereo memory Man with Hazarai in the reverse mode.
I will put a pic up of the setting the first chance I get.
    Thanks again for watching.

Sorry to hear you have a problem!!!
The power supply is 7.5 VAC and it needs that power supply to operate.
Musicians Friend is great to deal with.
Call them and they will take it back and send you another fast.
Do not worry they will take care of you.

I did a test here and it is working.

You can try a flanger in the filter matrix mode but the rig mod has more of the metallic clang of the electric piano tines.

Can I just add some flanger for the mettalic effct instead of a Ring Modulator?

The fuzz has that velcro ripping sound which can be had using the Germanium Big Muff with the voltage control set low. Thats the starved battery sound.

    You are more than welcome.
Thank you for sharing the clip and the idea!
Sounds like that are so great to analyze and to try and translate it to guitar.

I will have to think about it.
    That was a cool sound.
I did a drone with an upper sound here:

    at :40 seconds in.

Maybe this approach with a ring mod producing the upper whistle.
You could change the ring mod pitch by hand.

i recently purchased a new Freeze along with 5 other new EHX products, which was awesome for the hour or so i experimented with it, then it completely died.
theres still a dry signal going through it but the light will not go on and thus the “freeze” function doesnt happen, so its just sitting there like a connecter between pedals, its not a power issue as the rest of my pedalboard is working

thoughts/ hints/ help? i was really into it!
    thanks!!

Mike needs to make a Bill Ruppert pedal, and include that V256 glissando in there.

    Bill,

Wow, wow & oh yeah, WOW! Bill, what a superb Effectology contribution – AS ALWAYS! When “Lucky Man” came out I was a long haired young teenager in Brooklyn, NY; driving my family & neighbors mental, playing over and over and over and over- Lucky Man. The Synth solo at the end of the song was pure bliss to me. Years later, I caught my Irish Mom humming the entire solo when it came on the radio. That is how much see heard it way back when. Anyway, your Guitar sound of this synth solo is sublime, Sir! You are the reason I have gone out a purchased more EH pedals in the last 18 months. I hope you are on the EHX Payroll, if not, Hey Mike M. – Bill should be! I must now lift my Jaw off the desk & get back to work. Bless you Bill. I look forward wearing out my mouse clicking your video clip over and over and over and over and over and over…..
