I wonder how the vocoder will sound
with 2 singers singing (the same) simultaneously
into the 2 channels (inputs) ???*Putting in ‘To Do’ list, right after ‘Buying a Voice-Box’*.

Should be something like “100KA” or “1MB”. Small Bear carries good pots, as well as many other online stores.
asatbluesboyParticipantQuote:Sounds cool. That shouldn’t be harmful to the rest of the circuit, right?(Again, sorry for my naivete in this field)
It would be exactly the same as having a dying battery. No harm at all.
asatbluesboyParticipantI can’t remember the last time Gibson had a good idea. Maybe when they introduced the SG? 🙄

I’m a newbie….does that make sense? You can’t just get a new shaft, you’ll need a whole new pot. Shouldn’t be expensive, though. Any tech can do it in 5 minutes, and should cost him like $3 in parts. About the knob, it would be a great occasion for you to change those ugly knobs… Get some chicken-heads on it!
asatbluesboyParticipantSounds like something’s shorting. Open it up and check for things touching each other that shouldn’t be doing so. And then tell us so we can circuit-bend our Muffs.
Also could be a faulty DC wire (the red one going from the DC jack to the board).
asatbluesboyParticipantIt’s interesting to know I’m not the only one to put electrical tape on those pesky battery clips.
asatbluesboyParticipantCan’t decide between Muff into DMM or Stone into DMM… :worried:
asatbluesboyParticipantMemory Booooy! I always forget about those.
asatbluesboyParticipantDo you use it with its own power supply or you daisy-chain it? Daisy-chaining the Grail is a big no-no. Hiss guaranteed.
asatbluesboyParticipantIs that a mirror fretboard?
February 3, 2009 at 8:01 pm in reply to: Ideas for the next batch of diecast RI pedals and possible EHX pedals of the future. #92581asatbluesboyParticipantI’d love to have an all-EHX board, but isn’t a good tuner too much of an effort to research instead of making more stomping noisemakers?
asatbluesboyParticipantQuote:Whats wrong with vertical?Well, I think street tends to be more creative…
asatbluesboyParticipantQuote:You can never have enough mistresses or muffs. You’ve said it all, man.
