I have this bag and I think it’s great, even my roland gr-1 fit’s in. I currently use it for my roland gr-1, a smmh and a big muff pi w/ tone wicker… Great bag
What do the SMM’s stereo inputs/outputs offer, I mean if I’m just using one SMM?
Does the stereo output send just the effected signal, and the mono output just the dry, when used together?
Is there any use for the stereo input, for one guitarist? What’s the point of this?
What different configurations of the two inputs and two outputs are possible?
Thanks in advance!!!
The stereo inputs will help if you put in a stereo signal, so if you had a stereo chorus for example, it will stay in true stereo. It does not send a dry signal. As far as different configurations of the inputs/outputs, just scroll up, there are some cool routing methods described in this very thread.
Oh, so with mono input, the stereo outputs don’t split the signal into ping pongs of the delay, or wet/dry signal? Ok, pity…
No, if you use the lift input the outputs will split the signal once you use both outputs. If you only use the left output you have mono => mono, if you use both outputs and only the left input you have mono => stereo which gives you the ping pongs of the delay. If you use both inputs you’ll have stereo => stereo…
