You were exactly correct about the battery clip connected to my daisy chain. After some trial and error and talking to my local guitar shop they advised me that the battery clips made for daisy chains do not give either enough or different current. Once I went back to using a real battery my feedback has gone away… and yes I did know about the opposite 1/4 jack situation, but thanks for saying that as it does get confusing with this peddle as opposed to all my other “regular” pedals.
