so i tried that, and its not as close as i was hoping… im not getting your sound for some reason… it feels more choked out than twangy/buzz to me… if you have access to an EHX Micro Synthesizer i would be very interested in how close you can get to an acoustic sitar sound… i read that the band Silverchair (who i dint know about before searching on how to acheive this sound) used a micro synth on a guitar for the sitar parts in “petrol and chlorine” since you are the effectologist, i would like to see if you can make that tone… like an acoustic sitar… very very very interested… and if you nail it, im instantly buying one…
