I’m going on tour in France on March 2-20 and just remembered the power issue! Anyone know if my Stereo Pulsar unit will work with common adapters from Radio Shack or should I take a bunch of batteries!
Thanks!!
I think there have been mixed reports of success w/ travel adapters. You could try one and buy batteries there if needed instead.
I haven’t bought batteries in Europe before-so it’s no big deal? They are available anywhere like the USA in 9v, AA, etc? Thanks for writing….(but you are still implying that the answer to the question is uncertain? Do you think anyone at Electro Harmonix would know for sure?

I’m sure you can buy 9v batteries anywhere in France.
As for the travel adapter, if you have time you could pick up an actual 220v adapter for your pedal from ebay. If the seller is overseas you could have it shipped to where you’ll be staying or to a friend there.
You are being very helpful-thank you for taking the time….
The ebay ones are all UK plugs, but I just talked to Guitar Center and they said they sold a unit that would plug into the European supply and convert it. Have you heard about these?
Thanks again!

Probably basically the same travel converter Radio Shack sells.
Have fun on your tour!
no mate, you can’t buy 9v batteries over here…. you can only buy that new fangled electricity making stuff in America…. :freak:
