I have owned a BOSS VO-1, and I can tell you, it does not like wide chords. I am aware that the Voice Box is in its own world and is meant to infer harmony from what it’s hearing, so it’s not as relevant. How do the V256 or the Iron Lung stand up to wide chords, perhaps as far as a four-octave range? And triads with one extended note? That’s my use case.
