Home › Forums › Vintage EHX › What kind of On/Off switch for a vintage Bass Microsynth?
Does anyone know the name/type/part number of the three lug On/Off switch used in an original Bass Micro Synthesizer pedal?
I’m pretty sure the regular vintage Micro Synthesizer and Deluxe Electric Mistress both use a different six lug switch, but I could be wrong on that.
Anyway, I need a new switch and don’t know what to buy. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
It’s an spdt slide switch. You can also use the dpdt (6 lug switch) and just use one row of lugs.
I ordered a replacement switch without even thinking and got a six lug switch, but didn’t know which lugs to use. So you’re saying that either row would work the same? It doesn’t match which row it is? Does the direct of the switch make a difference as well?
Thanks.
It doesn’t matter which row you use. The direction of the switch only determines which way is on or off.
Awesome. Thanks a lot. Everything works great now.
