Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Weird glitchy chorus noises on DMM
I picked up a second hand big box DMM a few weeks ago. I’m playing it more now and I notice that every time it’s on almost I get a weird chorus glitch in my repeats.
It sounds like someone is moving the chorus knob or delay knob when I am playing and thus making the repeats warble in an out of tune way for a second or so.
It’s starting to get really annoying and I am reluctant to use it at a gig now but when It’s not doing it it sounds great.
Is this a known issue or has anyone else come accross this? Could it be a problem with the power supply – I’m using the EH adapter.
Thanks.
Maybe you should back off on the chorus knob, if the alteration of the sound is constant. Or it needs to be fine tuned with the trimpots.
It seems to be happening now even with the chorus knob all the way down on long delay settings.
