Hey there guys,
This only seemed to start happening fairly recently with the nano small stone. I’ve had it for maybe four or so months now and have treated it reasonably well. Occasionally (not all the time, but frequently enough to worry me) when I disengage the pedal, probably half my volume drops out. When this happens, I’m able to gently press on the foot stomp without actually engaging the pedal again and the full volume comes in and out as I apply pressure on and off. Does this mean there’s a loose connection with the foot stomp or something? Any easy way to fix it? I’m not to keen on posting the pedal back to Long Island from Australia!
Any help is much appreciated!
It’s sounds like the switch for sure, if you can solder or know someone that can, buy a 3pdt switch and replace it, that should sort it out.
Thanks for the reply man. Unfortunately when I switch the colour to the upward position there isn’t even any modulation and all the pedal does is suck tone. I think I might have to send it back to you guys, which is a problem because I didn’t fill in the warrenty. Will you still do the repairs if I show proof of purchase within the year and send it back with the warrenty filled out now?
You need to contact the EHX returns people.
