    I would like to use my VB in the street, while busking. Is there anyway to construct an external power supply that utilizes battery(s)? Would a standard 9v work? According to the “wall wart” it’s output is
    9.6v 200mA. Would 7 AAs do the job? Any ideas would be helpful. I don’t want to damage the unit! Great unit BTW!

    it would probably work fine, but I can’t imagine the batteries would last more than 10 mins.
