Hi, I bought a Voice Box today and there is something wrong.
I don’t know if its a fault or if its just like that, but it sounds as if there is a gate on the microphone input? I have to talk/sing louder than usual to actually get through, even then it cuts out now and again.
Its really doing my head in.
Everything else works fine apart from this one little thing.
I was hoping to use it live, but this is really putting me off.
Any ideas?

aaaaanyone?
What about when you’ve got it in bypass mode? Does there still seem to be a gate?
no, everything works fine in bypass.
i think i’m probably going to return it anyway due to slight latency on the unison+whistle effect.
i’m using it to make my voice very low for live sets and its hard to keep in time with the latency, will just use the built in effects on a pioneer mixer.
