I have 2 vintage Polychorus’s and 1 Polyflange.
One of my Polychorus had the footswitch modified so that the light turn off when the pedal isnt on. The Rate on this same Polychorus is a bit slower compared to my unmodified Polychorus and Polyflange which are equal in all respects.
So my question is, did this footswitch mod affect the Polychorus’s parameters?
Has anyone else ever modified their Polychorus, Polyflange or Echoflanger’s footswitch and experienced the same issue?
It shouldn’t affect the rate at all. More likely, this is the result of varying component tolerances.
I suspected there would a difference in variation for vintage in-kind pedals. I also have 2 Echoflangers that are a bit different but not as different as the Polychorus I mentioned in which the rate; max level, is slower than the rest.
Thanks.
