so, I have a vintage poly flange that i’ve had for several years.
in the last few years, between moving and storage, the output jacks got ripped out of it. schematics for these things are damn near impossible to find.
i was wondering if somebody could be so kind as to open theirs up, and take some pics of the board. just the side under the cover, no removal needed. i just need to know where the effect and direct outs go on the board. thanks!!!

December 7, 2010 at 12:39 am #112928viggy59MemberAlright. here’s what i have… dates on the pots 05/80
the input jack, and blend switch are correct. i’m missing both outputs and the on/off switch.
there is a set of red/black wires (second pic)that should be one output that are still on the board. which output this is, and where the other on attaches the the board, is what i need to know.and also, if anyone knows, on the transformer, which wire is hot, and which is neutral?
pics!
December 7, 2010 at 10:28 pm #112958ZippsterMemberAs far as I know the Poly Flange is identical to the vintage Poly Chorus. I’d try and track down a schematic of that (not the reissue stereo poly chorus, which is different)
December 10, 2010 at 12:28 am #112998viggy59Memberyea haven’t been able to find schematics for either. got some pics of a polychorus, but theire a little tough to see anything on.

Black Wire is Direct Out, Red is Effect Out.
Regards Transformer, to the board, Green appears to be hot, brown neutral, to the socket? Can’t See from your pictures.

BTW: Do you know much one of these go for? I can’t seem to find any prices for these on the web… or find any for sale. Are they just too good to sell?

the last time i saw one of these on ebay was about 6 months ago and it sold for a little over $600. just depends on whether or not somebody wants to pay for it

just want to make sure i get it all right!
thanks!
December 28, 2010 at 7:52 pm #113380AlphaLabRatParticipantSure, I can get those pics to you soon.
Also, I just noticed a difference in the soldering on my PC board just above where the tape is compared to the picture that you posted of your PC board. You might want to check that out.
December 29, 2010 at 6:36 am #113395viggy59Memberyea i noticed that too. i’ve seen a few shots of others, and from what i can tell they look like mine. i guess i’ll just have to go through and check everything once it’s all fixed up. What year is your btw?

the outputs are grounded to the input through the metal case
