How do I find the year my vintage bass micro synth was produced. I found two serial numbers, one on the circuit board and one on the faders

There are no serial numbers. The number on the sliders should start with 137. The next 2 numbers are the year the control was made, the last 2 are the week.
This is a fairly accurate indicator of when it was made.
