    Hi,

    My first post here. Starting to build up a collection of EH pedals (again), how I wish I hadn’t sold all those I had in the late 70’s!

    I got this Big Muff recently. It’s a V3, in good condition but you notice it’s got black lines instead of red above and below “Big Muff”. It all looks original with the black lines printed just like the big black area around the footswitch.

    I cannot find a picture on the web of any other one like it. Has anyone seen this before?

    Nope, never seen one like that before, but EHX did make a lot of pedals with different paint colours and combinations… I’d enjoy the fact I had one that was a little different. Nice find.

    I have seen one other V3 done like that. It’s probably nothing more than a mistake someone made when they cut the transparency used to make the two printing screens. The variances in Bug Muffs are endless :)
