Hi, i had a Big muff pi USA ordered a while ago, i picked it up today and brought it home, and when i plugged it in to play, it did not work!
whenever i step on the switch, it just cuts the sound out. i’ve tried 4 different 9v batteries in the thing and none of them fix the problem. as soon as i plug the instrument into the input, the light goes on really dim, and just fades out and there is no sound.
this is very inconvenient, and i was wondering if anybody has had a similar problem, or knows how to fix this.
also, i’d try a 9v adapter, but the one i have does not fit in the back of the input.
