    hi,

i have just bought new tube zipper pedal.
there is some problem, because i can hear some released component inside (if i move with it, like released screw…). i tried it and it seems to work, except one thing i am not sure about.

it is possible i dont fully understand concept of the pedal, and if the filter included is LPF.
but it seems like i am not able to fully filter the singal which is going inside.

    for example
lets say i put resonance wherever and frequency, sensitivity to 0.
signal goes still trough and the amount of the resonance will influence somehow the loudness of the signal.
i can still hear the peak of the resonance and its frequency if i move the knob, but there is this “original signal” added to it.

maybe i should add i test it with no guitar sound (i am not guitarist, and have no experience with pedals, i want to use it in my studio, as an effect for dirtyfication, crazynifaction :-)

    please can you answer.
is it feature of the pedal?

    thanks for reply

    so,

    problem has been solved.

it was really screw and female screw inside of the unit. and strange thing was that it was inside of two of three units what they had in shop….

the effect works little bit different then i originally supposed but after few hours spent with it, i love it more and more. it is just addictive!!! ,-)

i put few examples on this temporary link:
    http://www.e-mental.com/temp/tube.zip

it is examples of the usage with microkorg synth.
