I have a tube zipper that stopped working after 1 month of owning I check the continuity on the tubes between 9 and 4,5 and both were fine. If the petal is deactivated so the status light is out sound is good if it is active I can just barely hear any sound with completely turned up. Any ideas here would be great. I did send an email to tech support no reply and tried calling a little while ago and left a message.
I am pretty sure it is gonna need to be sent in for warranty seeing I tried swapping tubes for brand new ones and the problem was still the same. I can just faintly here it after the tubes warm up and if all levels are turned to max.
