    ISSUE:
    Suddenly my Tri-Parallel is consistently producing a click/pop sound every second. All 3 send/return sections’ LED lights flicker on and off at every click/pop. Doesn’t matter the pedal is engaged or not and doesn’t matter if there are any pedals plugged into the send/returns.

    WHAT I’VE DONE:
    Swapped out the power supplies with multiple EHX power supplies with no change. Also tried a generic power supply with no change.
    Checked behavior with all jack in use and all jacks not in use with no change.

    Anyone else experience this? It’s fairly new so it’s under warranty but thought I would ask here first.

    So I was able to get Sweetwater to replace it not long after my original post. Got my replacement, took it out, plugged it in…..and both the Master and Dry volume knobs were scratchy between 9 o’clock and 4 o’clock on the knobs – right out of the box. Sounded like fine sandpaper on wood. Unusable.

    SW is replacing it again. Should be delivered today for a final try before I get a Matrise. Confidence level is super low on this thing now for the long term. I figure three chances is a good threshold of patience. Update to follow.

    Mine just started doing the same thing. Came here to look for the same question. One or two gigs, numerous practice sessions. Tried the same, switching out power supplies, rewired my pedal board to try to reduce or eliminate EMF as a cause. I’ll try to get it replaced by SW.
