I’ve had my Tri-parallel mixer for a few months, and it’s worked great up until a few days ago. and my pedal board has not been altered from when it was working to when it stopped working. The cables are the same, the pedal order is the same, the EHX power adapter is the correct voltage and works fine with other pedals, and everything on my board works as long as the tri-parallel mixer isn’t hooked up. Additionally all three channel lights are flashing weakly on the TPM, though none of the channels are engaged.

Any ideas why it isn’t working? I should mention all the connector cables are relatively new, most of them purchased in the last few months.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
