Love this pedal, so warm! Anyway, I run my modulation pedals through my FX loop. The chain is as follows: Deluxe Electric Mistriss, Small Stone, Ibanez Bi-Stage phaser, Micro Synth, The Wiggler, and Stereo Memory Man w Hazarai. I run my Wah, OD, etc. inline from guitar to amp as follows: guitar, Vox Wah, Big Muff, Danelectro French Toast Octave Fuzz, tuner, Ross Compressor, Ibanez TS9, Morley volume pedal, amp
The issue I’m having is a huge increase in volume when I engage both The Wiggler and Memory Man. It only happens when both are on and the volume level doubles. I was considering moving The Wiggler last in the modulation chain or inline with the Muff, etc. Any thoughts and advice on this would be more than welcome please!!!

So when the wiggler is in by pass mode is the volume still high ? Or does it only happen when the effect is engaged ? Remember it has it’s own volume control.January 4, 2014 at 11:16 pm #119604ArpeggioDream77ParticipantQuote:Hi,

Remember it has it’s own volume control. When in bypass mode there is no change in volume. I’m aware of the volume control. When I turn the pedal on there may be a volume increase depending on where the volume/gain is set. It’s like a little preamp and I can get some super creamy OD tones out it. But I digress. When the Wiggler is on, then I turn on the Memory Man, only then does the volume double.
I’ve since put The Wiggler last and SMMwH before it and the volume issue has ceased. I don’t like the physical location of the pedals, but that’s an aesthetic issue that I’ll have to rectify.
I had a reply via tech support email that suggested it could be an impedance issue. Do you know anything about that?

It is interesting because on my pedal board the wiggler is before the SMMwH and I have not had this issue and I run through my effects loop. I take it you are using all the correct power supplies ? If you isolate the MM does it do it when you kick it in ? Maybe there might be something amiss with the outputs from the MMwH ? Just a thought. Sorry I am not techie. Hope you get it sorted out.
