I play lead in a band that wants to cover NIN /Gary Newman-Cars. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psnZyleMoFU
Would the Synth9 be the right pedal even if I have to switch settings during the song?
I have a C9 & Ravish that are great at their thing so I thought EHX would have something close, but there’s a lot of choice, like the ‘mono synth’. At the moment I play it in rehearsals with a heavy distortion & switch in an octave pedal but maybe a Synth9 would do the three synth sounds I can hear (vibrato note before the drums/thick sounding strings/moog sound for that 20 note riff between verses). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Nick
I’d say it’ll do the trick! I’m not a huge expert of NIN, but from what I could gather from your Youtube video and a couple others, you’re good to go.
