Hello,
I’m fairly new to the world of Electro-Harmonix. I’m picking up my first EH pedal tomorrow, the lpb-1. And I have a feeling that it won’t be my last purchase from EH.
Anyway, I was wondering if EH makes a pedal that can create volume swells. I think the POG2 can do it, but I’m looking for something that doesn’t have the octave abilities built in. Can anyone tell me if there is a pedal, new or old, that can do the trick? Thanks!
Well there is the old EH attack/decay, but that’s rare as hen’s teeth and hence very expensive.
Guyatone makes the Slow Volume. DIYstompboxes has a DIY kit called the Lazy Sprocket. Pigtronix makes the Attack Sustain (though it’s pretty beefy)
Thanks for the tip on the DIY pedal. I listened to a demo and it sounds pretty good. But I was wondering if you knew the name of that old EH pedal, in the event that one turns up on ebay or in a guitar shop?
like he said: Electro-Harmonix Attack/Decay

And here’s a list of other such products:

The microynth can do stuff similar to volume swells.
