    Hi,
    I recently purchased the super switcher and unfortunately have a problem. I’m using CTRL1 and 2 for channel amp switching through standard insert cable with two male mono jacks (for ctrl 1 and 2) and one stereo male jack for my Engl Screamer 50 combo. Problem is when I set one of CTRL to “normally closed”, save it and exit the setup menu, everything works fine until I switch off the Super Switcher and turn it back on. The settings I saved have reset and I have to go through the setup again. Is it a device defective and if it’s not, what is a solution? Thank you.

    I also have this problem, did you find an answer?? And also, when I use these inputs I get a noticeable hum/buzz in both amps. Do you get that? Am I doing something wrong? Thx!

    I wrote to info@ehx.com same day but nobody answered till now, shame on you ehx. Actually, in my case factory reset helped, everything working well now.

    Yeah, I’ve written them with questions before too and never got a reply. I’ll do the factory reset and see if that helps. As of now I have to go into “control 2” every time I power my board up to change it, “control 1” is always good though. But my bigger concern is the very noticeable buzz/hum I get when using these inputs, are you supposed to use special cables or something? I’m using $80 mogami cables right now.

    Hi guys,

    I have bought this device on Feb. 2020.
    The manual is not very good information from other competitor such as B*ss.
    Suggest, EHX provide the manual include with diagram how to do with feature to support the explanation on this manual, especially CTRL 1 & 2 functions.
    There 2 block diagrams available (signal blocks & 4 cable method), but this is not very helpful compare with the detail on the manual.

    I’ve since sold mine and got a Boss ES-8, best thing I’ve ever done.

    Good decision Daisylillydad,
    Actually i wanted ES 8,but super switcher just release d on 2019, a bit new and also good price.
    Problem with super switcher, we cannot change the pedal composition,but I have also GT 100, i can manage with that.

    I just want EHX can provide more detail information on the manual, that will be more better.
