I have assigned momentary external footswitch Tip&Ring; to the wave invert function and the Ring; to the expression mode function. I have set these to work with all presets and to WYSIWYG. Everything works great until I power down and backup again. When I power back up all assignments are wiped out.

    Thanks

    Just a couple questions:

    1. Does your Super Pulsar remember presets that you create and save after you power cycle?

    2. When you power up the Super Pulsar, it will hang on one of the TAP DIVIDE LEDs for a couple seconds. Can you tell me which LED your unit hangs on. It should be either dotted eighth or quarter note triplet.

Hi Flick, Yes it saves preset and on power up it hangs on dotted eighth for a second. I might have found the problem as it has held external footswitch settings the last several power cycles. I had a Boss Fv-50 setup with two Y cables(insert cable), one going to super pulsar expression jack and the other going to another pedals expression jack (I never had both pedals activated at the same time). I removed the second connection from the other pedal and since then it has been holding assignments. Thanks for your response and if anything changes I will keep you posted.

I think the processor is bad in this Super Pulsar and it needs to be changed. When did you buy the pedal? Where are you located?

I bought this February 2015. I live just outside of Boston, MA.

    Thanks,

How would I go about getting this fixed. I just started using the aux switches last month , wished I used them when I first got the pedal, Most likely it was a problem right out of the box.

    Thanks,
