I’ve been running some ideas around my head about the EHX Freeze pedal. I’ve got one, use it, love it, and with a little more flexability this could be one powerful beast of a pedal.
A couple of features that I’m thinking would be cool are:
– Fade-out switch with a cotrol knob for fade out time.
– Expression pedal output for controlling volume.
– Bypass Switch to keep your sample but turn it off.
You don’t wanna make it too big though, maybe about the same size of the Micro POG.
I think wet/dry outs along with independent wet/dry controls & gliss would be big improvements.
What would be the purpose of the wet/dry out?
And I’m not sure what “gliss” is.
Regarding a bypass switch to keep your sample but turn it off, I am going to put mine in a bypass loop so I can do this.
There are some dirt cheap true bypass loopers that can do this!
Well you might want to have different effects on the wet & dry signals. Wet/dry outs would help this.
